We want to make sure you are fully satisfied with your Extensions Great Llc. Please make sure you inspect your hair and are completely satisfied before installing, coloring or altering in anyway. If the hair has been installed, colored, or altered in any way,we will not accept any exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,unworn or unused,with tags,and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt orproof of purchase.
We offer a 7-day exchange policy, from the day you receive the hair.
Shipping cost cannot be refunded.
